Job Description
As a Bookkeeper you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping for the firm s diverse client accounts. Your responsibilities will include categorizing transactions reconciling accounts reviewing financial statements and identifying discrepancies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bookkeeping prowess and contribute to the firm s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize financial transactions and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online and Accounting CS
- Meticulously review and analyze financial statements to maintain data integrity
- Conduct thorough research and properly record unusual transactions
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in client accounts with precision
- Uphold stringent quality standards in all bookkeeping activities
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Accounting CS software
- Proven experience with bookkeeping for US-based accounting firms
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
