Job Description

This is a remote position.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing specifically in Facebook Instagram and YouTube advertising.

Strong expertise in HighLevel funnel automation and experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms.

Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on email marketing. Nice to have

Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Skills:

Certification in Facebook Blueprint Google Ads or similar programs.

Experience with other CRM and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques.

Graphic design skills or experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facebook Instagram and YouTube Ads:


Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:

Monitor and optimise ad performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyse campaign data and generate insightful reports to inform future strategies.

Budget Management:

Manage ad budgets ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.


HighLevel Funnel Automation:

Funnel Design and Build:

Design build and manage automated marketing funnels using GoHighLevel.

Integration Management:

Integrate various marketing tools and platforms to create seamless customer journeys.

Testing and Refinement:

Test and refine funnel steps to maximise conversion rates and lead generation.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive funnel experiences.

Performance Tracking:

Track funnel performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.


Email Copywriting for CRM EDM Campaigns:

Email Copywriting:

Write persuasive and engaging email copy for CRM EDM campaigns.

Strategy Development:

Develop email marketing strategies that align with client objectives and brand voice.

List Segmentation and Personalisation:

Segment email lists and personalise campaigns to improve open and click-through rates.

Campaign Performance Monitoring:

Monitor email campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B testing on email content subject lines and send times to optimise results.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members including designers developers and project managers to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Client Communication:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs present campaign strategies and report on performance.

Industry Trends:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously seek ways to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of campaign processes and share knowledge with the team to foster a learning environment.

Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles strategies and best practices.

  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media email marketing and content distribution platforms.

  • Experience in conducting content audits analysing data and deriving actionable insights.

At least 3 + years experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Experienced in Web Development and Designing Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing: Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar).
