Job Description
Location: Lagos
Salary: 500000
Experience: 15 years (must have HR experience in manufacturing)
Overview:
Our client is hiring a Head of Human Resources to lead the people operations of a dynamic plastics manufacturing company. This person must be a strategic HR leader with a strong manufacturing background capable of aligning HR with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR planning talent acquisition performance management and staff development.
- Enforce labor law compliance and internal policy implementation.
- Manage employee relations disciplinary procedures and staff welfare.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits in collaboration with finance.
Drive employee engagement and build a culture of accountability and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business Admin or Industrial Relations (Master s/CIPM is a plus).
- 15 years experience must include manufacturing industry HR leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labor law and workforce dynamics.
Strong leadership communication and decision-making skills.
