Job Description
- Design low and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems for commercial residential healthcare and industrial buildings.
- Design low current systems for commercial residential healthcare and industrial buildings.
- Develop electrical schematics single-line diagrams lighting layouts and cable routing plans.
- Specify and size electrical equipment such as switchgear distribution boards transformers generators UPS systems and lighting control systems.
- Design internal and external lighting systems ensuring compliance with lux levels energy efficiency and emergency lighting regulations.
- Integrate building services systems with BMS (Building Management Systems) and smart technologies.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international standards.
- Conduct load calculations voltage drop and fault level analysis.
- Work closely with architects structural engineers mechanical engineers to align electrical design with architectural and structural constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in electrical design engineering.
- Proficient in electrical CAD tools REVIT and design softwares.
- Solid knowledge of electrical and building regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
