Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our Dallas TX team. In this role you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Resolve customer concerns complaints and issues efficiently and courteously
Document interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure issue resolution
Provide product and service information to customers
Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction
Meet or exceed performance and quality targets
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
