Job Description
We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join our Dallas office. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers the ideal candidate will be friendly organized and detail-oriented. This role is essential in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Maintain the front desk and lobby area in an orderly and presentable condition
Receive sort and distribute mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Ensure all office supplies are stocked and ordered when necessary
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
