Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern People & Culture to support the day-to-day operations of our People & Culture (P&C) team with additional responsibilities in facilities coordination. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations employee engagement and office administration ideal for someone who is passionate about building people-centric workplaces and ensuring seamless workplace functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

People & Culture Support

  • Assist with end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Support the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and well-being activities.

  • Maintain employee records and databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Help organize training programs workshops and internal communication initiatives.

  • Provide administrative support in performance management and feedback processes.

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and candidate communication.

Facilities Management

  • Assist with daily oversight of office facilities ensuring a safe clean and efficient work environment.

  • Coordinate with service providers/vendors for maintenance utilities cleaning and supplies.

  • Monitor inventory and facilitate the procurement of office supplies and equipment.

  • Support space planning desk arrangements and meeting room management.

  • Help ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.


Qualifications :

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic digital tools.

  • A proactive detail-oriented and reliable team player.

  • Interest in both HR and operations/facilities coordination.
