Maintain CRM system and ensure timely updates of all activities
Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps
Qualifications :
1 year of experience in sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software with a solid understanding of sales process management
Confident use of AI tools to enhance sales performance
Commitment to continuous learning and ongoing development of AI-related skills to improve efficiency and stay competitiveAbility to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

Experience in the IT sector or educational products
