Job Description
The Data Analyst will work on a new product (FINSTAR > Data Capture) of a global project focused on the evolution of third-party data ecosystems would aim to streamline the integration of new data and technologies such as data virtualization APIs etc. enhancing the accessibility and real-time availability of data across systems.
FINSTAR has the objective and ambition to build and deploy a new Financial Statement referential that serves internal clients/ business lines next needs that allows centralized access to quality standardized (accounting standards) certified (CAC) validated (financial analysts) and homogeneous financial data according to internal models.
Its features must meet the operational needs of the business lines and the needs of internal and regulatory reporting and support the diversification of existing sources and accounting standards.
The opportunity to extend the scope of the companys entities served within FINSTAR will be explored during the project phase.
The Data Analyst will focus on guarantee the follow-up and reliability of the result of this product and quality.
The global aim of the project ensures high data quality and consistency across various REFERENTIALS data sources and reducing discrepancies in reporting and closing figures by performing a deep analysis on the existing data and sources and transform the processes and technologies used including the existing REFERENTIALS. The goal is to streamline workflows improving time to market and enabling faster and more accurate insights for better decision-making.
Knowledge in referential data is a plus.
Main Tasks:
- Create business-facing dashboards and high impact data visualizations and analyses with complex data structures which will support companys internal or external clients achieve their objectives in terms of revenue generation efficiency creation production levels and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal/external clients to best understand their operational and strategic needs.
- Creative descriptive predictive and quantitative analyses addressing key business priorities and supporting the stakeholders decision making.
- Support and monitor the run of these activities of data analysis reporting and data mining.
