Are you ready to discover the role of a Project Manager in Netcompany-Intrasoft
As a Project Manager you will:
- Develop guidelines and provide support services to clients departments concerning the Next Generation Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy Modernisation Plan implementation.
- Promote organizational innovation and support the use of the Innovation Lab to ensure co-innovation/co-creation.
- Coordinate discussions workshops and other community-building activities to create cross-department collaboration and support follow-up actions resulting from such collaboration such as the development of common tools services data models etc.
- Support departments in identifying new modernization initiatives based on their business priorities and documenting them.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Masters degree with 8 years or Bachelors degree with 12 years of experience.
- Solid understanding of project management (scheduling planning financial modelling budgeting forecasting performance tracking).
- Proven experience in modernising complex organisations.
- Knowledge of quality procedures and high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Lean methodologies.
- Strong command of English (C1) excellent communicator with negotiation skills and able to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Skilled in meeting facilitation.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to change.
