Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for our client in Fairless Hills PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM
Pay Rate:
- $19 / hour
Job Summary:
The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for moving components and materials to designated areas using the various forklift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintained and managed warehouse inventory tracking merchandise movement and ensuring accuracy.
- Processed and entered orders maintaining detailed records for operational efficiency.
- Safely operate reach trucks and other forklifts to move stack and store materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload pallets in high-bay racking systems while maintaining stability and safety standards.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
- Support inventory control and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Follow company safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual (English AND Spanish).
- 3 years of experience operating a reach truck
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during the shift.
- Experience with warehouse inventory systems and RF scanners preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.
