In addition to Hospitality we also offer managed Wi-Fi services to multi-tenant/multi-dwelling properties and are moving into adjacent markets.
Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands
As the Senior Order Processing & Reporting Analyst reporting to the Head of Operations Project Management you will be responsible for receiving and processing purchase orders entering sales orders and following through to billing. Working as part of the team to process orders from Nomadix distributors/resellers.
What you will do
Enter high volume of hardware and software customer purchase orders into Salesforce and invoice/CMs in Accounting Seed software.
Work with logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Work with technical support department RMA licensing questions and some order processing issues.
Manage the Orders queue daily
Daily use of company License Key Server (LKS) to process orders.
Retrieve orders and invoice in multiple customer portals (Ariba/Sap and OpenText Portals)
Enter and process shipment requests via Jira tickets.
Attend weekly Zoom meetings respond to internal request via slack use of fulfillment center portals.
Learn and adhere to evolving order processing policies and procedures.
Follow up on customer billing inquiries lead times and pricing issues.
Ability to take on several jobs at the same time.
This person is encouraged and expected to develop their skills and knowledge.
What we expect of you
Bachelor of Science/Arts or equivalent is desired.
Minimum of 5 years experience in an Order Processing & Billing support position.
Minimum of 3 years using Salesforce including experience with Account
Management Order Entry & ad hoc reporting. Bonus for experience with Accounting Seed & ServiceMax
Working knowledge of Gmail google docs and sheets.
Proficient with MS Office software: Word/ Outlook / Powerpoint
Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills with Access & Excel
Familiarity with Confluence & Jira
An energetic positive and professional attitude with attention to detail.
Outstanding communications skills both verbal and written.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience working in an IT and Salesforce support role.
