Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in satellite & cellular telecommunications industry.
  • 7 years of experience in RF spectrum management engineering
  • US Citizen

Requirements

  • The candidate will be responsible for tracking assessing and reporting any RF spectrum regulatory actions related to Federal agencies (NOAA DoD DoC NASA)
  • Participate and manage establishing technical rules and procedures for spectrum sharing & spectrum coordination with federal agencies and international administrations
  • Assist in managing regulatory and policy team in evaluating and conducting analysis on new rulemaking procedures and submissions
  • In-depth knowledge of FCC rules procedures and rule-making processes
  • Knowledge of ITU-R Recommendations and Reports
  • Experience in coordination with Federal Agencies (NOAA DoD DoC NASA)
  • Demonstrated ability to management study
  • Possess excellent written & communications skills in English
  • Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Education:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 5 years of direct engineering experience
