Job Description


Our client is an established automotive brand in Malaysia and globally. Due to their rapid business expansion they are urgently hiring for a Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition you will play a crucial role in our clients companys growth by sourcing attracting and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions

- Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards social media career fairs and networking events

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

- Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies

- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations


Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate setting

- Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques including social media job boards and applicant tracking systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software

- High level of professionalism and integrity
