Job Description
Join our international team in Athens! As a Support Specialist youll assist customers with online orders from deliveries and returns to payments and refunds while handling sensitive information in line with PCI & GDPR standards.
What were looking for:
- Fluent spanish and English English (C1)
- Strong communication empathy & professionalism
- Comfortable with sensitive data & dynamic environments
- SAP/Back-office experience is a plus (training provided)
