As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) youll be on the front lines of business growth guiding small and medium-sized companies through the first steps of adopting advanced cloud technologies.
Be the first point of contact for prospective customers delivering a powerful first impression
Identify growth opportunities and qualify leads for cloud solutions
Build trusted relationships and guide clients on the value of modern cloud platforms
Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers to close deals and drive upsells
Gather customer feedback and deliver insights to internal teams (Voice of Customer)
Youre a great fit if you:
Are bilingual/proficient in Danish and fluent in English
Have 12 years of experience in sales account management or customer service (preferably in IT)
Are confident with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bonus points if you:
Have experience with Microsoft Azure Office 365 or Dynamics 365
Hold a Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure Modern Workplace or BizApps)
