Position: Head of Content & Brand Strategy

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a visionary Head of Content & Brand Strategy to lead the creative and strategic direction of our portfolio of media assets. This role is responsible for shaping and evolving brand narratives developing cross-platform content strategies and ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints. You will work closely with executive leadership and partner companies to build brands that resonate scale and convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and articulate compelling brand positioning for our client and its portfolio companies.
- Lead the development of integrated content strategies across digital video social and experiential channels.
- Partner with product growth and executive teams within acquired companies to elevate creative standards and drive engagement.
- Spearhead post-acquisition brand transformations including visual identity tone of voice and brand audits.
- Craft investor-facing and partnership-focused collateral that reflects our clients premium positioning and creative excellence.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in brand strategy content leadership or creative direction within a media or agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead rebranding initiatives and scale content ecosystems.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with a strong editorial sensibility.
- Deep understanding of brand systems design language and content frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results through creativity.

- Agency or media group experience with a portfolio that showcases brand building at a high level.
- Passion for shaping modern brands through a combination of data intuition and creative risk-taking.
