Are you passionate about Pilates and excited to help others build strength confidence and wellness Were looking for a dynamic upbeat and skilled Pilates Instructor to join our studio family in Columbia SC. Your Role: Lead Motivate Transform
As part of our Columbia team youll guide clients through apparatus-based workouts using Balanced Body reformers EXO chairs springboards ballet barre TRX and more. Your classes will blend challenge and creativity while maintaining a strong focus on safety and individual client needs.
Were seeking instructors who can confidently adapt to all levels beginners to advanced and who bring a positive fitness-driven approach to the Pilates method.

What Were Looking For:
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours full apparatus)
- Experience teaching group reformer classes
- Confidence in leading effective creative workouts for diverse clients
- A motivational and upbeat teaching style
- A modern take on classical Pilates principles
- Punctual dependable and professional demeanor
- A mindset for growth and entrepreneurship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn studio systems (e.g. ClubReady)
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead group reformer classes aligned with our studios high standards
- Provide private semi-private and introductory sessions as needed
- Use various equipment to deliver engaging and safe workouts
- Maintain a clean professional studio environment
- Assist with client check-ins memberships and retail promotion
- Be a positive presence that clients and teammates look forward to seeing
