Position: Auditor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Auditor to join our team. The Auditor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of our medical facilities ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures. This is a full-time permanent position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of medical facilities to ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Review financial records patient records and other relevant documentation to identify any discrepancies or potential issues
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement corrective action plans to address any identified issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance in all audits
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and audit procedures
- Maintain accurate and organized audit records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and communicate potential issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is a plus
