Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Integration Engineer to join our remote team. In this role you will design develop and maintain data integration pipelines across various platforms and systems. Youll work closely with data engineers analysts and business stakeholders to ensure timely accurate and secure movement of data critical to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable data integration solutions across databases APIs and cloud platforms
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow Talend Informatica or custom scripts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure seamless system integrations
Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot data quality or connectivity issues
Ensure compliance with data governance privacy and security policies
Automate data transformation and delivery processes to support business intelligence and analytics
Document integration architecture workflows and best practices
Requirements:
2 years of experience in data integration ETL development or data engineering
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python preferred)
Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and data formats (JSON XML CSV)
Strong understanding of data modeling warehousing concepts and data governance
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote setting
