Position Overview:
As a Email/Chat Support Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by providing exceptional support through email and online chat. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email and chat
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our services and products
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Maintain thorough and organized records of all client interactions

Qualifications:
