Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers ensuring accountability for project performance
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage client and subcontractor relationships through effective communication
- Drive financial success through budget analysis and cost management
- Ensure project controls and documentation align with company standards
- Implement and maintain safety programs and compliance protocols
- Coordinate MEP systems and active-site renovations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of management experience
- 3 years of functional project management experience
- Experience managing complex projects including MEP systems
- Strong skills in project controls forecasting and scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Adobe Visio and project management software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
