Job Description
Part-Time Sales & Lead Generation Specialist Remote (U.S. Company)
Were GuildSteam a Colorado-based U.S. company that connects global talent with US companies and we are seeking a highly motivated sales and lead generation specialist to help us grow our client base. If you have at least 3 years of experience in cold outreach email marketing telemarketing and CRM tools wed love to hear from you.
This is a remote part-time opportunity with a clear path to full-time employment.
Working Hours (Remote Fixed Schedule):
12:30 AM 4:30 AM Philippine Time (PHT)
(Matching 10:30 AM 2:30 PM Mountain Standard Time USA)
Starting Pay:
PHP 10500 per week

What Youll Do:

Generate and qualify outbound leads

Execute cold email and follow-up sequences

Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses

Maintain CRM records and track pipelines

Support our sales team with outreach strategy
Requirements:

3 years of experience in remote sales or lead generation

Excellent spoken and written English

Confident on the phone; persuasive communicator
- Familiar with sales tools like LinkedIn email outreach platforms and CRMs (e.g. HubSpot Zoho Manatal)
Experience with Lead Generation systems (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator )

Strong time management and attention to detail

Good internet and work-from-home setup
Growth Opportunity:
Were starting with 20 hours/week. If you perform well youll be invited to grow into a full-time role.
