Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration Engineering or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management & administration
- Knowledge of Philippine building codes occupational safety and local regulatory compliance.
Preferred:
- Certification in Facilities Management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 22001 ISO 27001 and HITRUST standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office facility including maintenance cleanliness office repairs and infrastructure management.
- Manage facility-related vendors (e.g. cleaning security maintenance) and ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate facility-related projects such as office refurbishments relocations space planning and equipment installations ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure the office complies with local safety health and environmental regulations conducting regular safety audits and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Manage office space planning including seat allocations floor layout optimization and arranging for new office furniture or equipment as required.
- Ensure proper inventory management of office supplies and equipment placing orders as necessary and keeping track of stock levels.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and executives as needed and assist in managing company-wide events such as training sessions meetings or conferences.
