From warehouse storage areas trains selectors to fill customer orders
Position Responsibilities:
- Read computer generated stickers to determine items to be selected and where to locate the items.
- Conveys items from warehouse slot to pallet to fill customer orders.
- Places materials or items on pallets to insure best order for ease of delivery and safety of product.
- Sorts and stacks perishable goods in refrigerated freezer or dry pallets depending on type of product being selected.
- Marks materials with identifying information by attaching sticker to product.
- Operates hand pallet jack to transport palletized items from warehouse storage area to loading dock.
- Shrinks wrap pallets correctly
- Completes initial training in accident reporting safety and HACCP.
- Trains warehouse and drivers in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks (forklifts / pallet jacks)
- Incumbents will follow any other instructions and perform any other related duties as may be required by their supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
3 - 5 Years
Five years related experience in warehousing and powered industrial trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA certified trainer for powered industrial trucks
