What Youll Do:
- Make and receive calls to schedule service appointments
- Confirm customer and vehicle information and explain service needs
- Provide 24-hour reminders for upcoming appointments
- Communicate with service advisors and keep customers updated on their vehicle status
- Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction
- Notify customers when special-order parts arrive
- Deliver excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
What Were Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 12 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication computer and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and a team-first attitude
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass background checks
