Overview
My client are seeking a skilled and experienced Working Electrical Supervisor to join their team. The Electrical Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the electrical installation on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems the ability to lead a team and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
- Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team
- Liaise with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee compliance with JIB Gold 18th Edition and other industry standards
Qualifications
- JIB Gold or equivalent qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- PASMA certification
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- First Aid certification
- Proven experience in electrical supervision within the construction industry
Day-to-day
- Planning and coordinating electrical tasks on construction sites
- Conducting inspections and quality checks on electrical installations
- Communicating with project stakeholders and team members
- Providing technical support and guidance to the electrical team
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
