About the Role
As a Golf Reservations Agent youll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that welcomes golf travel organisers (GTOs) groups and guests as they plan once-in-a-lifetime golf getaways. Youll work behind the scenes to ensure every booking is seamless every detail is spot on and every experience exceeds expectations.
Youll collaborate with a passionate team support our prestigious hotel portfolio and play a vital role in crafting flawless golf travel itineraries that blend heritage hospitality and high standards.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handling incoming enquiries (calls and emails) for our Marine & Lawn golf destinations
- Creating and sending compelling tailored proposals and quotes to clients
- Managing contracts proformas and follow-ups to ensure smooth booking journeys
- Accurately entering bookings and group details into our systems
- Coordinating with GTOs to finalise rooming lists billing instructions and special requests
- Ensuring all information is perfectly captured to deliver exceptional guest service
- Maintaining meticulous records and documentation of each booking
- Working closely with hotel teams to hand over group information and guest histories
- Staying informed and excited about each of our unique properties and offerings
- Taking ownership of golf group reservations and delivering top-tier service throughout
What Were Looking For
- A warm welcoming personality with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
- A natural team player who thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- A laser focus on accuracy and detailnothing slips past you
- Tech-savvy and confident using booking and communication systems
- Previous experience in hotels guest services or reservations is a plus
- Familiarity with Opera HMS or Delphi systems is an advantage but not essential
- Resilient adaptable and always ready to go the extra mile for guests
