About the role
Enervens story is an exciting one. Our evolution from a purely South Australian business to a national player has been rapid and our trajectory is not slowing down as we continue to expand our national footprint.
In this hands-on collaborative role your key focus will be taking our existing Talent Acquisition function to the next level by building capability driving continuous improvement and linking our sourcing strategies to business outcomes. You will lead the way by championing best practice recruitment employer branding and building a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will:
- Lead end-to-end resourcing to attract engage and retain high quality talent
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies in line with business priorities (high growth new projects kicking off key priority roles)
- Lead and mentor a team of talent professionals
- Develop talent pools and strategic talent pipelines aligned with current hiring needs and long-term growth including market mapping that provides strategic market insights
- Provide specialist expertise on contemporary recruitment and talent acquisition practices
- Focus on stakeholder management build strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to define their needs and provide tailored recruitment advice
- Promote our internal brand work closely with marketing comms and HR to make our brand and value known
- Use data led insights to inform our talent strategies monitor key metrics identify system and process enhancements to continually improve our service offering.

About you
You will bring:
- Passion thats it in one word
- Talent and motivation thats two words
- Minimum 10 years recruitment experience preferably as an internal recruiter and from a range of industries but ideally with experience in construction contracting environment mining oil and gas industrial type sectors)
- Strong stakeholder management skills you are in your element influencing advising and communicating confidently with leaders (note this includes saying no sometimes)
- Leadership capability (this role will have two direct reports that need attention)
- Demonstrated experience in employer branding and strategic sourcing
- A continuous improvement mindset
