Job Summary
The In-Community Program Facilitator is responsible for delivering Tims Camps programming at schools and community group spaces. They create an inclusive and supportive environment which enables youth to develop tangible skills set out in the Tims Camps Program Framework and ensure participants have a positive high quality program experience for long term impact. This is done through briefing leading and debriefing activities to draw out understanding and self-awareness. In-Community Program Facilitators read the abilities of their group and adjust activities accordingly. They are responsible for assessing and managing risk and ensuring Tims Camps program and wellness standards are followed.
Work Location
New York: Daily travel is required within the assigned geographic area (Rochester NY). This role will have an assigned home base at the Home Office location in St. George Ontario. Travel beyond the assigned geographic region may be required on a short-term basis.
