Job Description Summary
The Advanced Lead Measurement Methods and ProcessesThe requirements for mold validation have increased together with the implementation of new technology in GEV plants need for Measurement is further increased with AC for Blade becoming more stringent
Hence Developing Blade measurement & Validation Methods important will help smoothen Blade startup & Eventually Blade production
The role is responsible to develop and maintain control instructions related to measurement methods used by internal and external metrology companies.
A part of the role will also be to support internal and external metrology companies/persons with training and instructions to ensure the high-quality level that we aim GEV.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Continue Develop measurement methods and control instructions for Molds & Making implementation plan across plants
- Support development projects related areas Developing Blade measurement & Validation standards (as per Agreed AC)
- Responsible for working with internal and external metrology companies/persons with training and instructions to ensure the high-quality level that we aim GEV
- Validate raw data received by internal and external measurement suppliers ensure in line with GEV Standards Measurement scope equipment environment data collection data post processing data analysis using POLYWORKS report structure etc.
- Keep Updating control instructions requirement specifications and processes to meet Engineering industry and costumer demands
- Preform MSA and capability studies at very detailed level to sharpen measurement Methods
- Build up and/or maintain high level of knowledge within metrology as per Future needs
Required Qualifications:
- Educational background: Engineer (Bachelor or Master)
- Proven experience with data processing
- 10 years experience within manufacturing industry
- Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Willingness/skills to transfer knowledges to people of different skill levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMS Metrology Certification Level One or similar measurement and metrology experience / certification
- Experience with programs as PolyWorks Siemens NX Minitab etc.
