Are you an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager ready for your next challenge
Our client is launching a brand-new home care branch dedicated to delivering high-quality person-centred care that helps people live independently in their own homes. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front shape a service from scratch and make a real difference in your community.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service or home care agency (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations inspections and governance
- Leadership and team-building skills with a passion for quality care
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and grow a new domiciliary care service in your area
- Ensure delivery of safe responsive person-centred care
- Lead recruitment training and supervision of care staff
- Oversee and review care plans in line with CQC standards
- Build trusted relationships with clients families and professionals
- Drive continuous improvement across the service
- Be a visible supportive and accountable leader
