Benefits include the following:
Defined benefit pension plan
2 weeks of vacation after 1 full vacation year of employment.

In compliance with Board policy procedures standard operating practices and applicable legislation responsible for the repairs / replacement and maintenance of buildings and components within his/her restricted trade. Person must have a valid 309A Maintenance and Construction trade license.
Voice video and data communications architecture and copper cabling experience will be considered an asset for this position. Building Automation and controls experience preferred.

Additional Information for CUPE 1196 Employees:
Only CUPE Local 1196 members who have been employed in their current position for a period of three (3) months at the date this posting closes will be considered according to article A.11.8.1 of the CUPE Local 1196 Collective Agreement unless this is an application for a position of promotion.
We will accept satisfactory PVSCs that name any other school board and other employers (daycare centers OCT and employers that would require a police check for vulnerable persons) in Ontario and obtained within the last six (6) months.
