You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSJGHC is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Industrial Relations Project Manager to lead a critical initiative focused on establishing robust governance and compliance for all SJGHCs industrial instruments. This pivotal role will involve integrating core systems including Payroll Rostering Time & Attendance (RTA) and HRIS (Workday) and optimising associated processes.
You will be accountable for the comprehensive management and successful delivery of all project requirements. A particular focus will be on ensuring accurate industrial instrument coverage and classification obligations and the precise development of pay rules within planned schedules quality standards and budget all in strict compliance with the prescribed Project objectives.
The Position
Coordinate the development of process specifically analysing award EBA site and employee specific requirements and documenting the same.
Coordinate the development of tools and business process documentation to:
Accurately reflect caregiver terms and conditions (T&Cs) as defined by SJGHCs industrial and contractual instruments
Assess the application of these T&Cs to ensure they can be applied appropriate via our various workforce systems.
Analyse organizational compliance of defined T&Cs with a particular focus on coverage and classification obligations.
Document the impact of variations found between existing award/EA entitlements and business processes payments and practices.
Effectively resource schedule prioritise and coordinate project activities with a particular focus on coverage and classification obligations under all SJGHCs industrial instruments.
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring that changes are documented decisions are evidenced approved and registered.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of Project artefacts to support delivery of project objectives.
Responsible for risk and issue management including identifying registering and driving treatment activities that will mitigate project risks and resolve issues.
Drawing on your strong background in Human Resources and Industrial Relations operations youll be expected to expertly interpret awards Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and Common Law Contracts. This foundational knowledge ideally supported by a relevant tertiary qualification in Law Industrial Relations Human Resources or Organisation Development (or equivalent experience).
To succeed in this role youll need highly developed conceptual innovative and analytical problem-solving skills enabling you to effectively manage conflicting priorities and consistently deliver timely successful recommendations and advice on processes strategies and solutions..

Salary: $154000 to $171000 plus 11.5% superannuation
