As a Lead Technician Level IV you will direct systems technicians for day-to-day work: including scheduling work assignments priority setting and problem resolution for component level corrective maintenance on components from Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) Ticket Office Machines (TOMs) Gates and Validators.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for spares management including replenishment.
- Interacts with the customers and vendors as required to resolve outages/failures coordinate changes.
- Provides technical onsite maintenance and support for new and existing systems.
- Perform component and board level maintenance of all components of TVMs TOMs Gates and Validators.
- Perform required corrective maintenance.
- Documenting maintenance activity on various software systems.
- Maintaining shop inventory.
- Acts as a facilitator and a team leader.
- Makes recommendations for new procedures and contributes to the development of new concepts and techniques.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Engage in field support when required.
Requirements
- Able to troubleshoot test repair and service technical equipment.
- Able to demonstrate strong customer/client service skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $44160- $55200.
