POSITION TITLE: Anticipated Physical Education TeacherGENERAL DESCRIPTION: To assume an active role in promoting the health and physical education of all students by articulating the current curriculum while following district policy and OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary and work year are in accordance with the current Master Contract and salary schedule. CLASSIFICATION: This position is Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) TO: Building PrincipalEVALUATION: Performance in this position will be evaluated in accordance with provisions in the current Master Agreement between the Colchester Education Association and the School Board. Evaluation will be completed according to the guidelines defined in the districts Differentiated Evaluation : teacher license with endorsement in health/physical of VT curriculum frameworks and standards based interpersonal and communication skills; team with integrating wellness activities for students/staffs support for collaboration with community to the districts mission and Strategic RESPONSIBILITIES: presents and evaluates the districts written curriculum according to the abilities and interests of assigned with other districtwide health and physical education teachers in the planning and periodic evaluation of our K 12 health and physical education program; develops standards based necessary records and individual student documentation of as a resource person to classroom teachers in planning physical education and/or health related budget requisitions and organizes supplies as all equipment used in the instructional program and annually updates an to promote programs of wellness programs within the positive school/community relations; continues to develop skills through workshops clinics memberships in professional organizations and/or college individual professional growth on a regular other responsibilities as assigned by the building administrator(s).
