We are seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation maintenance and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive person with a strong background in facilities management vendor coordination and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and hands-on expertise to ensure our workspaces are safe functional and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities 1.Manage day-to-day facility operations including maintenance cleaning security and space planning. 2.Coordinate and supervise external vendors and service providers. 3.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes. 4.Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules. 5.Track and report on facility-related budgets expenses and KPIs. 6.Lead or support facility-related projects such as renovations relocations or upgrades. 7.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and compliance documentation. 8.Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergencies and after-hours issues.
Required Qualifications 1.5-10 years of experience in facilities coordination building operations or property management. 2.Proven experience managing vendors contracts and service-level agreements. 3.Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing etc.) 4.Certification in HVAC Electrical Plumbing ect preferred but not required. 5.Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. 6.Proficiency in facility management software preferred and Microsoft Office Suite. 7.Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
