Job Description
Infosys is seeking CCM (OpenText Exstream) Consultant. As a Consultant or a CCM Developer you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions within an enterprise environment. This role involves integrating various enterprise applications OpenText Exstream to streamline communication processes and enhance customer engagement. You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas TX or Denver COOR be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

- Design develop and implement customer communication management (CCM) solutions using OpenText Exstream Designer and Design Manager.
- Develop and maintain complex data mappings business rules and document templates using Exstream Designer and Design Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Pearl and Shell scripting will add more to the role.
- Knowledge of working in LINUX based OpenText Exstream setup.
- Good communication skills and analytical skills.
- Knowledge on Exstream component such Templates Flow frames barcode TLEs ADA tagging.
