Join our compassionate team in Louisiana as a Hospice Quality Assurance Nurse where your dedication to excellence and empathy will directly support our mission to provide dignified patient-centered care to those at the end of life. As a cornerstone of our quality team youll conduct daily audits lead the implementation and evaluation of our QAPI program and work collaboratively with clinical leadership to translate data into meaningful improvements. Your efforts will drive initiatives that enhance both patient and employee experiences. This position also includes some field work participation in manager calls and backup call responsibilitiessupporting a team deeply committed to upholding the dignity and comfort of our hospice patients and their families.
