Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Senior Associate - Corporate Sterategy based in Chennai.
Senior Associate (SA) within India Corporate Strategy (CS) team you will work in a growing global team providing industry/functional expertise and insights working together with Flex CS leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.
In addition you will support with guidance from senior colleagues your topic/sector in developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and managing content on internal CS initiatives ensuring availability of latest high-quality content. You will also support go-to-market efforts of the core business as opportunities arise contributing research and analysis to create impact. What a typical day looks like:
- Work closely with internal CS teams on key initiatives/deliverables and Business Unit (BU) leaders to deliver original analysis and insights and at times may need to provide broader support to CSO office.
- Provide analytical services (e.g. benchmarking primary market sizing usage of proprietary tools)
- Support India CS leadership on proposals lead preparation and other marketing activities
- Provide customized knowledge for dedicated staffing/project work prepares accurate well-developed client-ready deliverables.
- Assist BU heads and global stakeholders/teams in navigating our CS related work by connecting them with materials and people.
- Contributes to content development around topic/sector for key internal deliverables (Market Factbook Competitive Intelligence News updates) meetings & trainings.
- Team-up and collaborate with the global teams/cross functional stakeholders to support the worldwide strategy related agenda.
- Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual proficient in agile ways of working
- Communicating with senior stakeholders being credible and proactive
- Framing structuring and sharing insights with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited problem-solving environment
- Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required (consulting/strategy)
- Ability to build & maintain a strong network.
- Ability to provide analytical insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced cross functional global organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills collaborative team player
- Fluency in English location preferably in Chennai (on-site)
