About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst who brings not just experience but energy insight and a passion for problem-solving. Youll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change helping clients clearly define their challenges and opportunities and translating business needs into actionable outcomes.
As a senior member of the team you will:
- Lead the full business analysis lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution design and delivery support.
- Guide and mentor junior Business Analysts nurturing their growth and helping shape the future of our BA community.
- Bring a strong understanding of cyber security principles and how they integrate into wider business and technical environments.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders developers testers and delivery leads across agile and waterfall environments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients helping them navigate complex change initiatives with clarity and confidence.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in fast-paced client-facing environments.
- A strong track record of leading business change and delivering value.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge and experience in cyber security either from a project perspective or a strong foundational understanding.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
