Building Services Manager - Exeter

  • Tier 1 - Major project 250M
  • New build and refurbishment
  • Lead and Drive Design and Build Projects
  • Managing MEP subcontractors and internal design /commercial management teams

This is a great opportunity to work with a Tier 1 company on prestigious projects for a blue-chip client.

Job Purpose and Scope:

  • To work with the team to assist with the procurement coordination and supervision all M&E activities on site from start to project end.

Accountabilities and key tasks:

Managing all M&E activities works with an emphasis on quality and safety across several key projects. You will be part of the leadership team and enjoy a great deal of input into this scheme.

To be considered you will have worked on new build projects for an M&E contractor or Maincontractor on building projects.
