AGC Biologics GmbH sucht zur Untersttzung der Quality Unit im Bereich Quality Control / Bioassay ab sofort einen Scientist QC Bioassay (m/w/d). Die Stelle ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung zunchst auf 2 Jahre befristet.
Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) fr bioassay-spezifische Methoden mit besonderem Fokus auf ELISA
- Projektkoordination fr den Bereich Qualittskontrolle inklusive regelmigem Kundenkontakt mit internationalen Kunden
- Planung Koordination und Bewertung von In-Prozess- und Freigabeanalysen von Arzneimittelwirkstoffen und Arzneimitteln im GMP regulierten Umfeld
- Durchfhrung Dokumentation und Prfung von Analysen von Biopharmazeutika mittels unterschiedlichen Analysetechniken: spektroskopische Protein- und Aktivittsbestimmung (z.B. ELISA UV-VIS BCA Bradford) sowie Protein-analytischer Methoden (z.B. SDS-PAGE Western Blot) und molekularbiologischer Methoden (z.B. qPCR)
- Verfassen von Validierungsplnen und Berichten sowie Koordination der zugehrigen Arbeiten
- Verfassen und berarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs)
- Beurteilung der Analysenergebnisse und interne Kommunikation der Resultate
- Bearbeitung von Abweichungen CAPAs und nderungsantrgen
- Gerteverantwortung inklusive berwachung der Gertequalifizierung und Instandhaltung
Anforderungen:
- Master oder Promotion in Biochemie Biotechnologie oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
- Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld wnschenswert
- Berufserfahrung im GMP-reguliertem Labor erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projekt Management und in der Mitarbeiterfhrung sind von Vorteil
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Protein- und DNA-Analytik und mit den Schwerpunkten ELISA UV-VIS SDS-PAGE Western Blot und qPCR
- Technisches Verstndnis und erste Erfahrung in der Gertequalifizierung fr relevantes Equipment
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Prsentationsfhigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Teamfhigkeit Verantwortungs- und Qualittsbewusstsein Flexibilitt und sehr gutes Organisationstalent werden vorausgesetzt
