About the Opportunity
We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists Exercise Physiologists Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join our growing team on a Contractor basis.
You will be assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach focusing on health and well-being. Youll be managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant you are an integral piece of someones recovery you support them through their rehab journey and guide them through the process.
- Assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach focusing on health and wellbeing.
- Managing a portfolio of cases including Workcover WA and CTP claims.
- Undertake Vocational assessments initial needs assessments and worksite assessments.
- Deliver Vocational Counselling facilitate interventions and wellbeing programs.
- Collaborate and liaise with employers medical and other allied health professionals.
- Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
- Document case notes as part of your reporting applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
The role will suit someone who will be able to engage and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
About you

- 2 years relevant industry experience.
- Extensive Workcover WA Legislative knowledge.
- You must hold the same values as us
- You must hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy Rehab Counselling or Psychology Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiologist
- AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation
- Have a passion for helping people
- Hold a full drivers license and access to own car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You enjoy working hard but equally enjoy having a good laugh
