Job Description
Primary Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production and inspection equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and calibrations to ensure equipment accuracy and compliance.
Manage inventory of spare parts tools and supplies to support maintenance activities.
Read and interpret electrical mechanical and technical schematics and diagrams.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all company safety protocols during maintenance tasks.
Maintain documentation of maintenance activities equipment issues and repair solutions.
Job Duties

Use diagnostic tools such as volt meters and perform basic electrical tests and repairs.
Apply knowledge of ladder logic control boards and PLC systems for equipment troubleshooting.
Collaborate with technicians operators and supervisors to resolve equipment issues promptly.
Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment reliability and maintenance processes.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Education and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Technical training or associate degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Familiarity with PLC systems ladder logic and control board operation is preferred.
Proficient in troubleshooting electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and understand schematics blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Skilled in the safe and effective use of volt meters hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Must follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
