Job Description
Role:AssistantRestaurant Manager The Dining Room
Location:Seaham Hall County Durham
Resort information: to 30000 depending on experience & to be discussedat interview plus a share of monthly service charge approx. 2k a year
Hours:40 hours (Full-Time) including weekends & bank holidaysvarious shift patterns to cover breakfast through to dinner service.

The idealcandidate
- Hospitality Expertise: Previous experience in bar/restaurant settings and the capability to deputise for the Restaurant Manager.
- Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft systems and familiarity with Micros/Simphony EPOS systems.
- Professionalism: Ability to interact effectively with staff management and guests while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative spirit balanced with the ability to take initiative when working independently.
- To be wellpresented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
- Transport: Due to our location personal transport is essential.
Responsibilities
- Work with theRestaurant Manager to uphold service excellence and standards
- Assist intraining team members to maintain top-tier performance.
- Support dailyoperations ensuring smooth service across all shifts.
