Shepherd Neame is looking for a Apprentice Chef de Partie to join our team kitchen so if you have some previous catering experience you are looking for a new challenge and to carve out your career in the kitchen; this may be just the job for you.
The Chef De Partie Academy focuses on key leadership and management skills alongside technical and complex preparation techniques in a range of subject areas. As part of their apprenticeship journey Level 3 Chef De Partie apprentices will attend 4 workshops (Fish and Shellfish / Nose to Tail / Bakery and Viennoiserie / Patisserie and Desserts) and other master classes.
Apprentices will have access to an online learning platform & portfolio system.You will be required to travel to a Training Kitchen as part of your learning journey.Apprentices will spend time with industry experts sharing ideas and boosting their understanding of key areas such as preparation and cooking as well as flavour profiling dish composition and seasonality. The workshops deliver content extracted from industry-recognised qualifications.
