About the role
Are you looking to kickstart your accounting career while working part-time at one of Europes fastest-growing e-commerce enablers Join our global Finance team and play a key role in ensuring smooth invoice handling across Instabees expanding operations. This is a part-time role with the possibility to work full-time during peak holiday periods like Christmas and summer.
Some of the things youll do
- Verify and record vendor invoices for Swedish and non-Swedish Instabee entities
- Book vendor payments and manage payment processes
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment questions
- Follow up on customer invoice matters and ensure timely resolutions
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the accounting and controlling teams
Your future team
Youll join our global Finance team a tight-knit group responsible for making sure our financial operations run smoothly across all markets. What were looking for
Youre currently studying finance accounting or business administration
You bring a proactive can-do attitude and are eager to roll up your sleeves
You enjoy working independently while valuing structured processes
You thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple contact points
Previous experience in an AP/AR or similar accounting role is a plus
The cherry on top
Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP tools
Strong communication skills across teams and external partners
Flexibility to ramp up to full-time hours during busy seasons
