About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Conversion Manager to oversee our sales conversion team for the Portuguese-speaking market. You will be responsible for driving deposit conversions and ensuring high standards of service and compliance from the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the sales conversion team to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Drive strategies that convert leads into active depositors.
- Ensure that the sales team follows scripts processes and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing customer support and retention to optimize the customer journey.
- Regularly review call quality performance metrics and client feedback.
- Report to senior management on team performance and conversion results.
- Leverage team strengths to drive better overall results and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Forex sales or conversion management role is required.
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels and client acquisition strategies.
- Ability to motivate and maximize performance within a sales environment.
