About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retention Manager to lead our client retention efforts in the Portuguese-speaking Forex market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Forex excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the retention team setting performance goals and tracking KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Monitor and analyse client behaviour and feedback to improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and support teams to ensure alignment of customer communication.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and Forex industry regulations.
  • Provide ongoing training motivation and feedback to the retention team.
  • Maximise performance by leveraging strengths and opportunities within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client retention ideally within the Forex or financial sector.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
